You can either make an appointment or just pop in at your convenience. 

The only tiny favour we ask is to avoid lunch time and shortly after (due to our little sleepers).  Mid morning or mid afternoon are excellent times to visit as the children are then involved in their playtime whether it be indoors or outside (weather permitting).
